- Visa requirements
It is the applicant’s responsibility that s/he obtains and maintains a valid passport and student visa to enter Ireland for study purposes.

For those applicants who do require a visa to enter Ireland to study, please click here for further information. In general visa requirements for student applications to Ireland will include the following:
- Visa application form
- Student visa declaration form
- Attested/ original educational records to date.
- Recognised English Language Tests results (i.e. IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
- Evidence of Finance - You must show you have sufficient funds to support your stay in Ireland without recourse to public funds, or the reliance on casual employment. It is recommended that you will have ready access to an amount of at least €7,000 for each subsequent year of your studies, in addition to the course fees for each of those years.
- Private medical insurance – this usually could be arranged through ICD Business School. Please contact the administration office for more information.
- Evidence of payment of the first year tuition fee
- Final offer letter from the college
- C.V./Resume
- A letter from your employer if you are currently working
- Details of family members resident in Ireland/UK
- Required application fee
On Arrival
Upon arriving in Ireland, all non-EU students have to report the Garda National Immigration Bureau for registration, details and procedures can be found here
In order to introduce you to life at ICD Business School and to help you to settle in, the college runs a series of induction programmes designed to tell you about life on campus and in Dublin. Please contact the administration office for further information.
